Ideal Candidate Profile:
» Higher technical education in construction installations;
» Minimum 2 years of experience in the field;
» Proficient in PC use, CAD, installation calculation and sizing, databases, and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
» Strong communication and verbal skills;
» Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
» Knowledge of technical terms specific to the field in both Romanian and English, and willingness to learn new terminology;
» Understanding of technological processes specific to industrial and residential installations, and the ability to grasp new technologies.
Job Description, Responsibilities:
» Preparing cost estimates, technical and commercial offers, execution schedules, and presentation documents for incoming requests for quotations;
» Analyzing technical documentation;
» Continuously updating the technical and economic solutions provided;
» Creating and/or verifying quantity lists in line with client-supplied documentation;
» Communicating with clients, manufacturers, material and equipment suppliers, and service providers;
» Selecting suitable materials, machinery, and/or equipment based on the specific project;
» Collaborating with other departments within the company;
» Adapting to new job-specific challenges.
